This stunning high end home was built in the Ponte Vedra (St. Augustine) FL area. Partnering with "Coastal Living Home Builders" out of Jacksonville FL, together we brought his dream into reality, so much so, he now lives in this home. 5,500 sq. f.t of top notch living, from the two bedrooms upstairs each boasting over 220 sq. ft. with their own private full bath to the two (one being detached) main floor quest rooms also with private full baths. This house has a very large kitchen, with a huge (67 sq. ft.) island, a coffee niche and wet bar. The living room has 14' beamed ceiling with a large double barn door separates from the kitchen when quietness is needed. Down the hall off the main entry, is the Master Suite wing. With over 900 sq. ft. of private space, this area features a huge cathedral ceiling for the bedroom, a wet space area that includes a shower and jetted tub, and a large his and hers walk in closet.

I partnered with builder "Coastal Living Home Builders" out of the Jacksonville FL, to create this 2,250 sq. ft., 3 bedroom PLUS first floor Master Suite Home. Designed and built with an open concept, upstairs split Jack and Jill bath, cathedral living with clear story windows allows this room to be full of light.
